Cancellation
Policy Registration fees less 20% will be refunded if written
cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given after that date. E.A.S.E.
reserves the right to cancel at any time with full refund. E.A.S.E. is not responsible for any damages or loss of monies due to cancelled courses. Participants are responsible for making their own personal reservations for lodging, or cancellation of in the case of a seminar being cancelled. By registering for any course, participant agrees to these terms and conditions. Force Majeure E.A.S.E. reserves the right to cancel any course without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance
beyond the control of either party - including but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations,
disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities - to the extent that such circumstances makes
it illegal or impossible to hold the course. In the instance that a course is cancelled due to any such circumstance,
E.A.S.E. will reschedule the course at another time and give any registered attendee who paid in full but is unable to attend
the rescheduled course a credit in that amount to be applied to any other course of their choosing offered by E.A.S.E. |
